Hiring goals

Sales Representative
Strong construction knowledge and familiarity with building codes.
Able to produce permit-ready prints and possibly computer project renderings.
Comfortable advising customers on design, and needs
Compensation: base salary (based on experience) + commission on each project sold — no cap on earnings.
Deck Building Specialist / Remodeler
Skilled in exterior construction interior/ remodeling.
Able to read plans and deliver high-quality framing and finishes.
Pay: $25–$35/hr depending on experience, plus bonuses for projects completed under allowed timelines.

You know what’s more expensive than a great contractor?
A bad one.

Just this year at the Home & Garden Show, we’ve had multiple homeowners come up to us and say the same thing —

“We hired the cheap guy to install our composite decking and railing.”
“Now we need it fixed.”

Improper installs.
Wrong fasteners.
Railings not secured correctly.

• 1-year contract with renegotiation for year 2
• 1 week paid vacation after 6 months
• W-2 or 1099 (your choice)
Compensation:
💰 Weekly paycheck + commission
💰 Commission ranges 1.5% – 5% of PROFIT per job
💰 Expectations:
• Sell 2+ jobs per week or
• $200,000+ per month in sales
🚗 Personal vehicle required initially
🚙 Company vehicle provided after 6 months
