Here’s a kitchen and bath update we just recently finished with some bold, exciting colors.

A little refresh in the bathroom, complete with custom built in storage cabinets.

We also altered the kitchen layout to be a little more practical & functional, and installed new cabinetry, countertops and flooring.

Here’s a small bathroom we recently finished up in the Maple Lake area. We removed the whirlpool bath tub, added infloor heat and converted the standard walk in shower to a curbless shower. The shower is now not only curbless but it was done in full slabs of Cambria, which means cleaning will be a breeze.

Here’s a bathroom we just finished up in Hanover. We eliminated the whirlpool bath tub and moved the shower to now be where the tub was. The homeowners took care of adding a sauna in the bathroom, that we framed and prepped for. Another great project for some great clients!

Here’s a bathroom remodel we just finished up, located in Eden Prairie. We removed the old glass block wall and reframed the shower to be fitted with a new glass panel. We replaced all the shower and floor tile, as well as installed a new vanity, tops, and tub deck. We also removed the existing slate tile from the fireplace and prepped it to be ready for a painted plaster finish.

Just got done helping a client freshen up her lower level bathroom and update her entry/mud room. In the bathroom, we reglazed the existing cast iron tub, installed a new tile floor and shower surround, enameled the existing wood work and got a new vanity top. In the entryway, we redid the tile floor with a new eye catching tile. We also installed a new Dutch style exterior door and added shiplap. We finished it off with a fresh paint job, covering up all the existing Honey Oak trim with a fresh, clean white enamel.

Here’s a kitchen remodel we were able to get wrapped up before Christmas. New kitchen cabinets with a new island that made the kitchen more functional, as well as creating more space in the living and dining rooms. I also installed new LVP flooring and base trim throughout the entryway, stairs, main floor and upper hallway.

Here’s a kitchen remodel that just got finished up. Overall layout stayed the same, but added a bigger pantry, and updated the cabinetry to a more modern, up-to-date look. A few of the highlights of this kitchen include lights inside the cabinets with glass doors, recessed lighting in the “coffee bar” floating shelves, as well as custom pantry doors.

I redid this client’s bathroom earlier this year and they gave me a call to come back and redo their kitchen backsplash and floor this time around. We tore out the old tile backsplash along with the heated tile floor, and replaced them with a much cleaner, more modern look. Such a big change and we love how the floor and stairs look!
