We'll hand you the leads. We'll give you a company phone, and tablet. We'll back you with a product homeowners genuinely want.
What this role looks like: In-home consultations with pre-qualified residential leads, and Building relationships with local builders & contractors
-70% commission on gross profit above minimum pricing — uncapped
-Company, phone, and computer included
Our top performers are clearing $100K+ annually. Consistently.
We need someone who's sat across a kitchen table, built trust fast, and walked out with a signed contract. If that's you, we want to talk.
We're looking for:
✅ 5+ years of proven in-home sales experience
✅ Strong closers who can run a full sales cycle
✅ Self-starters who don't need micromanaging
✅ Experience in home improvement, construction, or fencing is a big plus
