A small detail can make a big difference in both style and function.

For this project, we trimmed out the exterior front door to give the entryway a clean, finished look that complements the home’s exterior. To make the space even more practical for the homeowner, we also customized a screen door with a built-in protective guard designed specifically to keep their dog from tearing through the screen. 🐾

Now the homeowners can enjoy fresh air without worrying about damaged screens, while the entryway has a polished, upgraded appearance.

This beautiful Victorian home had a leaking window that we repaired two years ago by correcting the exterior siding and installing proper flashing to stop water from entering the structure. Once the source of the issue was permanently resolved, we returned to restore the interior damage the leak had caused to the bathroom ceiling.
The damaged materials were carefully removed and replaced with new Comfort Batt insulation to restore proper thermal protection. We then installed mold-resistant drywall, ideal for moisture-prone areas like bathrooms. The ceiling was professionally spackled, sanded, and primed to create a smooth, durable surface ready for finishing.
To bring the space back together, we reinstalled the crown molding and finished the ceiling with new tile, creating a clean and durable surface that stands up to humidity while maintaining the character of the home.
Proper repairs always start with fixing the problem at the source — then rebuilding the space the right way so the issue doesn’t return.
