May 2021; 16,000 sq ft truck plaza (multi store/ restaurant) clean-paint prep, including surrounding concrete & walkways, curbs ... planning work around 24/7 store operations of 1000+ customers/day traffic. rerouted = 0, complaints = 0, plaza staff & management satisfaction rate = 100%. # of other vendors that can duplicate this performance = ZERO!!!

This one was too far gone, so I just replaced all the siding with some spare pieces I had in my truck.

You've seen porches cleaned before. I get it. But have you ever walked on concrete and noticed ugly streaks left after it was pressurewashed? Looks terrible! Two reasons for that; a) your weekend Mr Cleanit attempted something he shouldn't have, b) the concrete has cultivated, frozen, and baked mold (365 days per year for 17 years) like this porch did. It's not a normal cleaning job. So unless you just like the abstract mosaic of mold streaks lining your 20+yr-old concrete, get someone that knows what they're doing.

These stains were as set in and hard-to-clean as rust on your driveway. It can't be done with a simple pressurewash bla...

The owner of this house told me that three pressurewashers told him they wouldn't touch a drivet house before he called me. Actually, I didn't touch it either. But we did clean it & remove (14,567 wasps) and their nests without making even a single divet or dimple in the siding.
