Enclosed porch I was repainting, until further inspection anyways. Very rotten post and trim around post. I'll be replacing everything with pvc trim to help with future rot.

Customer picked up all materials for this job. They wanted to wait on replacing the trim work & few other items. (That's why colors don't match)
So old trim was cleaned and reinstalled. There's a few door ways with temporary transitions until the customer is ready to extend new flooring into other rooms.

Our customer wanted the dogs contained to one area. They wouldn't stop using the restroom in the garage. So I built this custom cage using 3/8 rebar as spindles. The bigger dog can jump pretty high and the small dog can squeeze through little gaps. This should do the job!!

Here's a video of a job we are currently on. The substrate under the EPDM Rubber is holding water and multiple seams are failing.
We are taking this section of roof down to the studs, then re-installing new Decking & EPDM.

Rubber & shingle roof we'll be replacing soon. The ice storm we had caused a few leaks to start. They had 2" thick ice-dams formed on the rubber & shingles. Causing cracks, and water to go under shingles.
It's a older house, which has poor insulation and incorrect venting. So we're correcting vents, replacing damaged decking, rubber & shingles, etc!
