This NuWater B 840 Aerobic system was a peach of an install. My 20k pound excavator took 24.5 hours of jackhammering to get to the bottom of the tank hole. There was no topsoil, only rock all the way down. And the sprinkler system is 640’ up hill in mostly rock. Needless to say, I’m glad this one’s over. But what a view this has, my customer picked a beautiful place for their shop and house.

Here’s something I don’t see everyday. A fire ant mound decided to be constructed right beside the green risers of this aerobic system. The electrical noise (I suppose) attracted them inside and they destroyed everything in the way. Plastic, rubber, and caulking were completely removed by these little guys. And they destroyed the copper wires which is why the system quit working. And it’s inside an area where these toxic septic gases should have killed them but nope. They’re not normal!!!

This same system completely floated, as in every piece of material installed, and the lateral panels returned to level more so than when i finished before the rains. I was confused but i guess someone was watching out for me.

After all the rains July the 4th, 2025 I came back to a mess. This one ended up pretty cool. I added a 1000 gallons of water to the tank hole, floated the tank like the rain did, and re-leveled it using a water hose. I wasn’t sure if it would work but it did. Completely back to level in 45 minutes.

We are providing parking for vehicles and camper trailers. Come visit us at CowHouse Storage, 821 North Rice street in Hamilton. You can check out Billy the Kids burial site directly across the road from us. Parking will only be allowed between 10 am and 2 pm Monday the 8th.

All proceeds from this event will be donated directly to Brandon and Amber Taylor of Hamilton. Brandon was recently involved in an accident from an electrical shock that has left him completely unable to work and his family will benefit 100% from anyone wanting to support this event. I am looking to hire someone who can operate an excavator, skid steer, bulldozer, heavy equipment in general, and also has a class A CDL. We deliver aggregate to job sites and also install septic systems. I’ll teach the right guy what I need but you’ll need to be teachable and willing to learn.
