During demolition on the Sherwood project, we ran into a probable issue. We pushed the pause button to allow time to properly evaluate options for resolution, assess the overall impact on the project, and develop a plan to move forward.

Encountering speed bumps during a remodel are not uncommon regardless of the complexity of the project. Our job is to make sure communication lines are open and the overall impact on the project is fully understood.
