One of the projects from years past that I’m fortunate enough to still drive by and appreciate today.

While working with a previous company, I had the opportunity to be part of bringing this project to life, including the design and installation of the custom metal flashings, fiber cement soffits and trim, and these beautiful cupolas that crown the building.

There’s something special about seeing craftsmanship stand the test of time, and projects like this are a reminder of why I love what I do.

One of my favorite projects to date.

This roof features Ecostar synthetic slate paired with custom copper flashings throughout, combining the timeless appearance of natural slate with modern performance and durability.

Recently completed the replacement of an aging, moss-covered 3-tab roof with a new GAF roofing system for a clean, updated look and long-term protection.

As part of the project, we also replaced outdated chimney flashing with new black metal flashings to better complement the roof and ensure a proper watertight finish.

A properly installed new roof should include updated flashings as well — it’s one of the most important details in protecting your home from future leaks and premature issues.

Asphalt shingle roofing damage is very common, with shingles being highly vulnerable to wind, hail, and extreme temperatures, often requiring repairs or replacement within 15–30 years.

We replaced an outdated rubber roof with an upgraded TPO system in Solar gray, carefully preserving the patinated copper panels during removal and reinstall to achieve a flawless termination with the new roof.
