With such a busy weekend already, I still managed to bust out a couple small things ✨️🐝

Canned the last of my Jalapeño and Banana Peppers finally! 🌶
Egg noodles are a staple and will be perfect for the upcoming cool days!🥚
($12 per batch)
And Goetta (the meat cereal)! 12 11oz mini loaves setting up in the freezer! 🍳

Having some of that hot honey with chicken and waffles on this very Fall feeling Sunday 🍁🍯❤️

10/15/2026

Made a little Hot Honey tonight! 🐝🍯🌶
The Serrano, Chili, and Apocalypse Scorpion peppers came from my garden.
I dehydrated them before adding into the honey.
I did 2 jars with fresh Jalapeño, also from the garden of plenty of peppers 🌶 😆
I purchased the honey from Flamingo Fields in Hamilton! 🦩(Keeping it local 😉)

I keep telling myself that maybe, just maybe!, if I keep canning sweet corn, I might finally start to like it! 😃🌽
So far, I have not been listening 😅

Got some more sweet corn canned the other day! 🌽
For those who have asked, I will have a few jars available at my next event! I have Pints and Half Pints, if you are wanting a Quart, please let me know in advance so I can get them ready!

Also tried my hand at Black Bean and Corn Salsa! This one had a little bit of a sweet heat and is so delicious! 🔥🌽 The sweet corn came from Weber's, nice and local 🥰
