We are currently looking to hire 2 full-time crew members to join our team. We are a team-oriented business and have an excellent culture and mutual desire to grow the business and get paid more in the process. We provide lawn and landscape services to well over 250 satisfied customers.

Our most popular services include lawn mowing, spring/fall cleanups, hedge trimming, mulch installation, lawn renovations, snow removal. We are approximately 90% maintenance.

Who we are looking for:
• Team Player: A genuine commitment to the business and your coworkers. Supporting and respecting coworkers, always helping out.
• Punctual: Our shop is located in Mt. Crawford, Va and clock-in is at 7:30am Monday-Thursday with occasional Fridays. Weekends only during snow events. Always show up early/on time. Not just for the first 2 weeks, but all the time. Arriving at the shop in uniform, looking professional and ready to go. Reliable with attendance.
• Detail-oriented: Paying attention to the small details. Having an eye for quality and not cutting corners at the expense of the customer and our brand reputation.
• Communication Skills: Professional and respectful communication with coworkers, customers, and management.

Job Requirements:
• Minimally 2 years of commercial landscaping experience-may consider similar experiences
•18 years of age
• Valid drivers license with insurable driving record(DOT medical card a plus)
• Trailer driving skills (verifiable with a reference). Applicants that cannot safely drive a trailer will not be considered.
• CDL and Vadacs Applicator License is a plus.

We are currently hiring lawn maintenance professionals with at least 1 year of experience working with a professional lawn maintenance company.

The position you are applying for includes tasks related to lawn and landscape maintenance, enhancements, and installations.
