New bath, shower and vanity top. Took out a whirlpool bath tub and installed a regular tub. Was coming in behind some one else so had to come up with sallutions to the problem of narrower tub going back in and tile floor not coming up. Moved the tub put to the tile framed a knee wall between tub and exterior wall tiled it and now the have an ambiance wall for candles essential oil burners what ever like it to be.

Started out at 1pm just replace front door. After demo found rot, after taking care of rot and at 1:45 in morning set door. Home owner was happy and surprised I put in the extra effort and time to make sure it was not only in but that stayed till every thing was fixed and put the new door in and gave them security back and not just quit at 5pm and plywood over a hole in there house.

Job working on that today ladder broke with me on walk board 30 feet in air but not for long I was.
And the up coming job that was supposed to just be a after flooding from huricane get it back to its 1905 when built beauty with some up grades.
Now after all financial papers work had been done file for permits go to pick em up get told paper work is all good but cant give you permit to begin work till we get engineers drawings and write up on how you are going to raise the house 4ft.
