We have a few rules we all have to follow, which allows our business to flow smoothly.
1. If you are RUDE, you will be REMOVED from the group and any pending orders will be REFUNDED. There is no place for drama or ugly here.
2. Orders MUST be placed on the page and include:
a. quantity and size of EACH item desired. (We do not cut anything over 18")
IF YOUR ORDER DOES NOT CONTAIN ALL THIS REQUIRE
D INFORMATION, IT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. Invoices are sent via Square. We also accept Venmo and Cashapp. Payment is required within 24 hours. If you do not pay within 24 hours, your order will be deleted.
3. If you have questions, please send a PM to Shatze Nance, do not use the Knotty Woodcutter to send messages, I don't get these notifications and it may be days before I see your message. All questions need to have your email address and the DATE you placed your order. Any questions regarding shipping time that are less than 15 business days will NOT BE ANSWERED. We ask for 2 weeks turn around time; although most times it does not take us that long to fulfill orders.
4. Our shipping policy is 7-10 business days AFTER you have paid your invoice and depending on your order, may be shipped in several boxes due to weight and size.
5. This is NOT a selling site. Do NOT post links to personal pages , shop sites, etc. If you do, these will be deleted and if you do it twice, you will be removed.
6. Do NOT use any photos seen here without permission from us.
7. Your order MUST include the following:
a. The item you want
b. How many you want and the size
c. Your email address
d. Your zipcode
We currently use Birch for all our blanks. We appreciate you being here and hope you find the Knotty Woodcutter the source of all your blank needs.
