When is the optimal time to schedule a heating system cleaning? Right now is the ideal time for a cleaning. For boilers, any time of year is suitable, but our availability is significantly greater at present. For hot-air furnaces, this time of year offers increased availability, and it is recommended to clean them before they sit idle for months with a heat exchanger full of acidic soot. I have not posted in a while, so wanted to make a post to update where we are as a company.

We are a veteran owned company and we offer all services for oil, propane, and natural gas.

Preventative maintenance is one of the most important services we offer. It makes sure that you are getting the most efficiency that you can out of your heating system. Lack of yearly maintenance can take years of the life expectancy off many units. When I started this company I promised to always provide this services to help prevent early and very costly replacements that could in a lot of instances been avoided, and I still stand behind that.

With that being said, every system will get to its end at some point, in that case we do all installations, and replacements.

Boilers, furnaces, and wall hungs.

We are ROTH certified, and replace oil tanks with what our customers feel is the best fit for them. Vertical, horizontal, eco tank, and ROTH.

YES, we also do Heat-Pump installations, and currently offer cleanings on Mitsubishi Heat-Pumps.

We are fully licensed and insured to do all the services I have mentioned, and I would put our knowledge and quality of work up against anyone in the industry.

We are still trying to grow, and are always taking on new customers. Please give a call, text or PM for any of your heating or cooling needs. 207-212-3862

To all my current and new customers:

As of September 1st we will be increasing or price from $205.00 to $225.00 for annual cleanings and maintenance on oil, and propane/natural gas fired units. (This will be our 1st increase in 3 years). I also realize some bigger company’s are at $300.00 to $330.00 for this same service, please don’t let the lower price reflect our quality of work. I guarantee you are still getting as good, if not better quality of work going with us.

Right now is the best time to get it cleaned.

Boilers? Time of year doesnt really matter, but our availability is much greater this time of year.

Hot-air furnaces? This is the time of year we are most available, plus it’s good to get them cleaned before they sit for months with a heat exchanger full of acidic soot.

Cleanings are still $205.00, as they have been for the last year, call to get on the schedule.
