At ZK’s Dumpsters, we strive to provide the best customer service possible—no matter the job, the customer, or the situation.

Yesterday was no different. We received a last-minute call from a customer who needed a dumpster rental for a cleanout project. Within an hour, we had a dumpster delivered and ready to go so they could stay on schedule and get the job done.

We take pride in being reliable, responsive, and ready to help when our customers need us most.

We said we were going to hit the ground running once we got back up and running, and that’s exactly what we’ve done!

The support we’ve received from our customers, friends, family, and community throughout this process has been nothing short of incredible. We cannot thank each and every one of you enough for your patience, understanding, and continued trust in us while we worked to get caught back up.

Seeing our schedule fill back up and being able to continue serving our amazing customers means more to us than words can express. Your support is what keeps us going, and we truly appreciate every call, message, referral, and rental.

🚛 We’ve got some very exciting news… WE ARE BACK IN BUSINESS! 🎉

We truly appreciate all of our clients for sticking with us, bearing with us while we had containers out on jobs, and working with us through everything. Your patience and support have meant a lot to us!

We are hitting the ground running starting this afternoon to make up for lost time and get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible.

We will also be reaching back out first to everyone whose jobs were placed on hold.

Again, thank you all so much for the continued support, patience, and loyalty. We’re excited to be back and ready to get back to work! 💪

We want to sincerely apologize to all of our existing customers and new customers who have reached out to us over the last few days. We are incredibly sorry for any inconvenience this unexpected situation has caused.

At this time, we still do not have a definite answer on when we will be fully back up and running, but please know we are doing everything we can to get things resolved as quickly as possible. As soon as we receive more information, we will keep everyone updated immediately.

We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support during this time. Our customers mean everything to us, and we hate letting anyone down. Unfortunately, for the foreseeable future, our dumpster rental services will be temporarily on hold due to an accident this morning while heading out for the day. Another motorist T-boned our trailer, causing damage that has put it out of service.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will be reaching out directly to all clients who currently have dumpster rentals scheduled to discuss arrangements and next steps.
