We see a beautiful ficus lyrata here. Under normal conditions this tree requires light, but here we are allowing to survive indefinitely. In time it will show signs of stress for the lack of light.

To the naked eye, this plant may appear healthy and simply green; unfortunately, the current state of this plant is "plant shock," due to improperly watering the plant. Plants need a schedule just as we have a daily eating schedule!
