Taj Mahal is getting a lot of attention right now, and we understand why. Swipe for the before.
For this kitchen, it brought warmth, movement, and a lighter surface without feeling stark.
The layout still worked, so this was more of a focused refresh than a full renovation. We replaced the dark countertops with Taj Mahal quartzite, added new tile, painted the island, updated the sink and faucet, and removed a few dated details.
If you’re considering Taj Mahal, it’s worth knowing that it is natural stone. Every slab is different, and while it is generally more durable than marble, it still needs proper sealing and care.
Sometimes a refresh is less about doing more and more about knowing what to edit.
