New Years Resolution for 2022, take more pictures of projects! Haven’t had the need to advertise this page due to a heavy workload from referrals and word of mouth. Ephrata- Returned a basement back to its pre-flooded glory (reminder to periodically check your sumps and invest in a battery backup). Opened up a non-load bearing wall, insulated, installed and spliced corner beads, rehung and finished the drywall; ready for the client to paint.

Refinished 10 peeling wood columns, alkyd enamel painted two metal mailboxes, patched and painted interior stair trim, replaced lightbulbs, cleaned sink aerator, pressure sprayed sidewalks, cleaned vinyl siding on the entire building, repaired rotting panel on front porch, and located a buried downspout outlet.
