All smiles for our first 75+ degree weekend of the year and we took full advantage of it by living outside all weekend long. Everyone in Maine was thriving this weekend…we’ve waited a long time for this kind of weather! ☀️🤍

Yesterday was a big day for me and my almost 100-year-old house but we officially have air conditioning on the main floor and in the primary bedroom upstairs! 😭❄️

I could not recommend enough. I had no idea how big this process was, but they were top notch and made everything so smooth from start to finish. This has been in the works since last October.

We are officially ready for summer, warm temps, and all the guests now! ☀️🏡

Just a moment for my front yard and what a difference having grass makes! Last fall was a major undertaking with this yard and a little nerve-wracking stripping it all down, but now comes the fun part…trees, plants, flowers, and yes, a new walkway to the front door! 🤗✨💚

Also, how excited are we all for those hydrangeas to get big and bloom?! 😍
