It’s been a journey! I’ve never had a more difficult hobby with so much to learn and so many mistakes to make. We still have to make it through the winter, but so far it’s gone well! I have such a respect for these tiny insects. Their work ethic is like no other. 💪🏼

Week 1 - Peonies

I’m a little nervous about this, but I’ll be sharing my journey as I tap into the creative side of growing flowers. I’m challenging myself to create a unique and special arrangement (just for me) every week this growing season. Earlier this year I gifted myself the Flower Arranging Workshop and it has been just the right amount of inspiration to really light a fire in my creative soul. I’m already grasping brushing color, and creating form, and am so excited to see my growth 💐

I LOVE you all so much for being here and supporting me while I chase yet another dream ❤️🌻 And, if you’re new to “knowing” me, I’m Brigette, just a mid-life mama 😝 on a 6-acre farm near Seattle who has discovered her passion for growing flowers. (My kids will also say I’m a serial emoji overuser).

Bottom line is I’m over the moon that you’re here! This will be a place where I can share all the flowers, eggs and behind the scenes of nurturing 1/8 acre of blooms . More to come. . .
