Here is my go to method for storing tubers over the winter months in New Hampshire.

There are some great storing techniques out there and I love seeing everyone’s methods. Year after year I find myself returning to what works on my farm and that is a combination of storing in boxes with newspaper or storing in vermiculite in a men’s shoe container from the container store.

Would you actually want to see how much you’re spending on tubers and dahlia sales in Clade?

A little post-season cleanup now makes next season easier. 🌱

It’s never fun saying goodbye to a dahlia variety you hoped would be a winner. But if it didn’t bloom or didn’t perform the way you’d hoped, there’s no reason to keep it cluttering up your inventory.

I’m archiving the varieties I don’t plan to grow again in Clade so I can head into next season with a clearer picture of what I’m working with.

A little cleanup now saves a lot of guesswork later!
