UPDATE: NEW CONSTRUCTION #2

Hey there folks! We have all been personally impacted by COVID-19 in one way or another; home, work, school....grocery shelves empty, cleaning supplies and toilet paper in high demand, production and work has been slowed down if not ceased totally for some, which is so unfortunate for everyone. Our hearts go out to those friends, colleagues, business owners, and families who all have struggled through these trying times. You all are in our thoughts and prayers.

For those of you in the building/construction industry know; lumber, materials and supplies have been scarce, not to mention the increase in cost that is associated with the famous “supply and demand”...

On the plus side, after waiting (for who knows how long, and our production put to a halt on our new construction #2)... our trusses finally arrived today!

So here’s some photos of the updated progress. A special thank you to Travis Schaeffer for lending us a helping hand!

(For those of you wondering....this house too, is already under contract)...there will be more to follow (pictures AND new & flips houses in the future), so always stay tuned!
