My first fish auction — an amazing experience to witness everything that happens before the best fish reaches our guests. 🐟
It was truly humbling to see the dedication and precision involved at every step. From the fishermen bringing in their catch, to the buyers selecting the best quality, to the skilled cutters preparing the fish — so much hard work, knowledge, and care goes into it all.
A deeper appreciation for everyone behind the scenes who make it possible for us to serve the freshest fish to our guests. 🙏
