Part 2: oh what fun. We have a lot of rot barely no subfloor left under tile. After replacing all floor joists in this bathroom along with the other bathroom. We are solid as a rock. We started Monday and as of today we only have a few finishing touches to do. Monday the mirror, towel bars, custom corner shelves go up. We seal and finish hooking up shower.

Part 1 ( The Before) We were contacted by a wonderful repeat customer about issues in both bathrooms. We agreed on details and ordered everything needed.

House needed an update in the front. We wanted more space to sit outside and relax. Problem solved

We set up a haunted trailer at legacy athletics on legion road for their annual trunk or treat. We are having a blast.

Little late posting but this was Friday and Saturday project. Was running out of storage space. So I acquired some cabinets and a countertop and made it work for what I needed and then some.

Well after a month to the day this project comes to a close. We had a couple of things not going according to plan but we still made it work out. The customer has an amazing usable space that they can enjoy for many years to come. I want to thank my team for helping me make this possible.

Well more progress on the carport enclosure. We have a lot done. Columns in front are done trex ramp complete with composite railings. Dual mini split system is in and runs well. Drywall and finishing are about done, ceiling is textured. We are about ready to sand , primer and paint by Tuesday. Then the final touches Wednesday and Thursday.

Well for the past two weeks we have been closing in a carport for a very nice customer that we have done several jobs for. Today we are prepping for Charles Brooks electrical to do there stuff tomorrow and we are doing more insulation. Once electrical is done we have to schedule the dual head mini split system install. Then we are one to drywall.

The past few days we had the pleasure of helping a sweet lady make some repairs to her house. Replaced window frames, replaced trim on the corners that were rotted. Also a few other things as well, original estimate we were just going paint around windows after repair and paint facia and soffit and some of the higher stuff. Well plans changed we helped by painting the front and the back peak as well. It’s better to go the extra mile to help someone out, kindness goes along way.
