This is a rental house that I did the floor like 2 years ago and the AC busted and drain water out in the hallway two rooms in a closet funny what you find sometimes if you look at the writing on the floor but put it all back together and it looks like nothing ever happened

a sound booth that the sound guys kept bumping into the wall and they wanted something more durable so we can tear up the sheetrock so trimmed it out and put some beadboard and paint it black
