A New Season for Low Country Craftsman

Low Country Craftsman is entering a new season — with a change in ownership, leadership, and direction.

Going forward, I am the sole owner of LCC and will personally oversee the direction and day-to-day operations of the company.

Building a successful company requires more than a title. It requires accountability, consistency, communication, follow-through, and a willingness to lead by example — especially when things get difficult.

Those are the expectations that will define Low Country Craftsman moving forward.

LCC will operate with a renewed focus on craftsmanship, quality, and how each project is managed from start to finish. We’ll be more selective about the work we take on and more intentional about delivering the level of service and workmanship our customers expect.

Sometimes change gives you the opportunity to make necessary adjustments, refocus, and build something stronger because of it.

ANOTHER happy customer!

Our customer didn’t realize that a sensor on their dishwasher had gone bad. That small issue resulted in water leaking under their flooring, causing damage to their subfloor.

Our Low Country Craftsman crew removed the old vinyl flooring, ripped out the damaged subfloor, inspected and reinforced their floor joist and then put the puzzle back together!

Water 💦 is nothing to ignore!

Today our crew started a demolition that was going to be a simple floor removal and installation of new LVP for the customer.

Looking at these photos, you can see that original plan quickly changed.

The extensive water damage has changed the scope of this job which cost more for the customer. They stated that they had a few leaks at different times but didn’t think much of it… 😳

Please don’t wait, if you have a leak give us a call so it can get resolved. If you have flooring issues, we would be glad to meet with you to come up with a plan together.

This porch roof had exposed framing, deteriorating fascia, and areas that were vulnerable to moisture.

Our team rebuilt the overhang using durable Hardie materials, installed new fascia and soffit, sealed everything properly, finished it with fresh paint and installed new gutters for a finished appearance.

It's one of those projects where the details make all the difference. Not only does it improve the look of the home but it also helps protect their investment.

If you've noticed peeling paint, soft wood or exposed areas around your roofline, it's much less expensive to address the problem before it turns into major structural repairs.
