Temporary protection can save you from spending a small fortune on repairs when you’re remodeling your home. Underneath the temp covering is an existing hardwood floor that will be sanded and refinished at the end of the first phase of the job. Temp protection prevents damage from happening to@existing conditions.

Sometimes it seems like overkill to make sure footers and the framing that supports the structure of a build are done properly. But when you don’t it can be a ticking time bomb 💣 waiting to fail. This framing is 20+ years old and hasn’t failed YET. But as you can see it could happen at anytime now.

When scribes anything it fits like a glove. Normally we shim cabinets up to level. But the floors in this 100 year old house drop over an inch in 4’ and an 1 1/2” over 6’! So Wes scribed the tie kick into perfection.
