Turned this early 2000’s Spanish feel into a more modern one that worked well with some of the existing features that were staying.
We lowered the bar (literally) making the kitchen more open to the attached living area.
We repainted everything with high quality Benjamin Moore products-
Cabinets and trim: BM White Dove/ Hale Navy (BM Advance)
Walls: BM Revere Pewter (BM Aura)
Ceiling: Stock White (BM Ultra Spec)
Customer chose a beautiful Quartzite that tied in well with the tile floors that we’re staying. - Countertops by Royal Granite and Quartz
Installed herringbone pattern 3x12 subway tiles that had a hand formed look to them.
We finished it off by taking the desk area and making it into a more useful 4’ x 8.5’ pantry!!
