Today's project consisted of removal of old garbage disposal, new plumbing, hard wiring the new garbage disposal, installation of the new golden faucet. Our next goal is to get all black plates for the electrical plug-in covers, and either black or gold hardware for the cabinets!

This was for one of my relatives, they have a very beautiful home. I was really impressed with the craftsmanship of the trim on the inside. Her daughter was coming back from college and they never really used the dining room. They wanted to utilize the space to give her a room once she got back from college. So instead of deleting the beautiful trim and sheetrocking, the walls. WE came up with casing down from the existing trim. Making it as seamless as possible to blend with the existing craftsmanship. By adding these bypassing barn doors we added flow to the home so if she ever decides to sell she will still have a dining room. For her current situation it works perfectly as a bedroom providing enough privacy. I also installed just a standard door providing privacy from the kitchen and living room. Very proud of this one!
