I first met Chef Kyle Connaughton at an industry event in Mexico and was immediately captivated by the passion and artistry he brings to food. I told myself then that I would make it to SingleThread in Healdsberg, CA one day, and it absolutely lived up to the promise.

From the farm, tended by his wife Katina, to the 10-course meal, every detail felt thoughtful, intentional, and completely its own experience.

A three Michelin star restaurant and one I cannot recommend enough. This was so much more than dinner.
