Some projects are about adding square footage.

This one was about making space for something much deeper.

Two years after working with their neighbor, this family reached out to us with a vision for a living room/sunroom addition. But it wasn’t just about creating a beautiful space in their home.

It was about creating a place to gather… and to hold onto something that matters.

Their annual family event had always been special. But after the loss of their son, that tradition took on a whole new meaning. It became something sacred. Something to protect. Something to continue.

They wanted a space that could carry that.

A place where stories are told, kids run around, laughter fills the room… and memories live on year after year.

That’s what this project became.

In a narrow, hallway-like bathroom, the client wanted a freestanding tub without sacrificing function.

Our solution was to create a wet room — integrating the freestanding tub inside the shower space — allowing the client to have the luxury feel of a freestanding tub while maximizing every inch of the layout.
