"I engaged Arrow Plumbing to diagnose and replace the pilot light assembly on my 25-year-old gas log fireplace. Herschel came to the house on time and logically worked through the ignition problem and correctly determined the pilot thermocouple was the cause. He quoted a fair price to replace it. He came back after the part arrived and replaced the assembly. He was careful and methodical in the replacement process. Most importantly this solved my problem with the fireplace.
