Hello
I would like to start off with telling you a few things about myself.
I started in apartment maintenance when i was 20 years old,been doing that for most of my adult life. In between jobs i also worked alot of construction jobs,mainly building spec homes and worked in California remodeling Sports Authority stores. I have alot of experience in most aspects of home and building maintenance.
My experience includes Electrical, installing light fixtures,receptacle outlets, ceiling fans, garbage disposals,gfi outlets, troubleshooting wiring issues,etc.
Plumbing,repairing leaks under sinks,cleaning out clogged drains,replacing faucets sink or tub,replacing hot water heaters,replacing dishwashers, etc.
Carpentry,replacing doors,door trim,baseboards, replace cabinets,install crown molding, install sliding glass patio doors,repair or replace exterior trim,etc.
Painting/Sheetrock repair,minor sheetrock repair.
Tile,can lay ceramic or vinyl plank flooring.
