Coming soon…such a funky but also classic elevation. Well classic features and roots but then also almost reminds me of a stage which for some reason is just making me really thrilled. I wake up some days terrified it’s too weird and some that it’s AMAZING. YES, there is a front yard fireplace…. With a cool cost front yard patio. I mean rocking chairs and fireplaces and a huge grassy front yard all fenced? It feels like a vibe. But ask me tomorrow and I’ll tell you I’m scared I made it too weird.

A mirror we love, a background to it worth not covering up, and a little drama. Sorry for my crappy phone pic 😬 but at least it’s a photo. I also love a good in wall cabinet. They very much are not just for in showers full of ugly bottles (we usually re-bottle everything but not everyone can handle that OCD-ness) We put these niches/wallcabs all over. Sometimes with light, sometimes with doors, sometimes in stone. The greatest little moments for needed hidden storage or small decorative gems. mirror

2024 was a complete disappearance for me from posting or really doing anything in terms of photos of our work etc etc. Anyone ever just feel like it’s overwhelming and you don’t have time to do it right so you just don’t do it at all? 2025 I’m going setting a goal of doing it. Posting pics of what we’re up to even when they are imperfect. They aren’t ever EXACTLY how I want them and that for me is frustrating so I just ignore it. I’ll be honest about that! This is a realtors photo with lights on (which I hate.) but the house is gorgeous and warm and I’m excited for our new home owners today to move into their dream home. 🩷
