Well this house is starting to come back to life! We have spent the last month and a half replacing all the plumbing and electrical. The house also has gotten a new roof, insulation, and sheetrock! Removed the sunroom roof and opened up to see a stunning outdoor patio that will be great for entertaining!! Even the patio travertine is original and in amazing shape! We knocked down the brick wall closing in the entrance and I’m going to be refurbishing the beautiful original door to keep the feel of this 60’s home! Still a lot of work to be done, but loving the process!

Kitchen is opened up and demoed! This house has such great bones! Can’t wait to start putting it back together!!!
