• Avoid opening and closing your garage door unnecessarily during extreme cold
• Check the bottom seal - ice can cause the door to freeze to the ground
• Keep tracks clear of ice and debris
• Lubricate rollers, hinges, and springs with a garage door safe lubricant (avoid grease)
• Never force a frozen door, this can damage the opener, springs, or cables
