Built this water heater closet for a customer today. Builder just tacked the heater to the exterior wall and thought "oh well, can't see it from my jouse".
If you're gonna do something. Do it right.

Pressure washer pump finally decided to go south. 30 minutes into a job. Lost high pressure. Delema is do I buy a new setup or just the pump. Old setup has at least 1000 hours on it.

Just finished the demo and building of the new deck frame. Tomorrow. Trimming out the decking.

Sorry I haven't been posting here for awhile. Haven't had too many custom jobs. Mostly just standard home repairs.
Here are some of my recent jobs completed.
From pressure washing, painting and a few basic repairs. Even raised and graded some stones for a customer to reduce mud puddles building up over the stones.

From wrong to right. This is why you don't hire cheap labor. Or unskilled labor.
It took me a couple days but I think it came out very nice. Matched paint and kept historical look of original.

Not fancy by and means. But it is sturdy and will work for what she wants it to do. And that is to not fall off the stairs. Budget job.
