The owner wanted to have natural sun lighting in his living room, but it wasn't possible with the chimney in the way.

For this job, we demolished the chimney and installed patio doors. By doing so, we improved the natural lighting in the living room and gave a beautiful view of the backyard.

This job called for a tremendous amount of work and detail.

1. Remove and demolish the original cabinets and sheet rock.
2. Added new sheet rock.
3. Sanded the floors and applied a new stain.
4. Built new cabinets and countertops for the kitchen.
5. Installed new lighting fixtures to give the kitchen a modern look.
