Our installation crews have been with us for 10+ years, which in contractor years is basically a lifetime commitment. A lot of crews don't last six months before they ghost for a "better opportunity" (read: they got fired).

These guys have seen it all. The backyard held together with zip ties and delusion. The "I watched a YouTube video" concrete disasters. The structures that were definitely not permitted and were definitely about to collapse. They've stopped being surprised by what people consider "good enough."
