I would like to wish everybody a HAPPY HOLIDAY & MERRY CHRISTMAS! Please keep in mind that this is the perfect time of year for you to have your home inspected for basic maintenance. Why wait until it is 100* or more??? The cooler temperatures are much easier on us contractors! Every home should be inspected on an annual basis,including: Roof leak inspection,door & window leaks(caulk or weather strips replaced,if necessary),pipes wrapped properly,damaged or rotted wood,gutters cleaned,etc. Please contact me,Nick, @ 832-622-7050 and I will be more than happy to help. :)
