Jemsco Services is a contractor owned and operated pre project consulting company providing homeowners with accurate information about their project before they hire contractors. So if you're not sure what your project should cost, if you're getting good estimates, if the work you're told needs to be done really does or if you just don't know where to start on your project or how to manage it, let us help.

Why a pre project consultant? Our services have saved clients thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs to their homes because our clients knew exactly what was necessary to be done, the expected cost range of their project, what materials should be used, how long their project should take to complete and if the contractor they hired was reputable and properly licensed and insured, all before they hired them.

Our consulting packages are tailor fit to accommodate even the smallest project on the smallest budget. Our services range from a basic walk through and discussion of your project to project management and pretty much everything in between, with one exception. Although (exceptionally) qualified and licensed to, we EXCLUDE ourselves from being hired to preform any actual work. This ensures our honesty, integrity and unbiased consultations.

Our current projects include those that will help protect the health and safety of commercial and residential building’s occupants and structure, as well as restoration of heat, hot water or power and essential appliances as well as cleaning and sanitizing of facilities.
