We are a contractor-owned construction management & consulting company who only provide consulting and project management services for residential home & property owners and commercial clients. To ensure the integrity of our contractor consultants & project managers we do not also provide bids or estimates to our clients or become their contractors. We do however make sure our clients hire the best contractors for their project and all phases of their project, large or small, residential or commercial. 3. We teach and provide knowledge about all phases of our clients project including approximate budget costs, materials, project length and necessity.
4. We teach our clients how to hire contractors, how to really compare estimates and bids and how to get and verify contractors licenses and insurance information and references or we can do it for them.
5. Our contractor consultants can meet with our client and the contractors of their choice during the estimating process to ensure they are not getting sold a bill of good, assist in asking ther prespective contractors the right questions and make sure they get the right answers.
6. We advise clients of 'Green', Renewable Energy Tax Credits and Energy Star Tax Credit/Rebate information as it may pertain to their project.
