This kitchen we did for a customer in Austintown, OH. We found that the previous owner had ran their final floor underneath the old kitchen cabinets.  along with many other issues that we found, including water damage. We also found live wires randomly in the wall.

The mosaic tile backsplash came out amazing. It really goes great with the quartz counter/quartz sink that we installed. 

My favorite part, though is how the crown on top of the cabinets came out. By putting crown with a profile like this on top of your cabinets, it really gives it the look of super high-end cabinets.

This was a crazy discovery. Customer informed us they paid a lot of money for the remodel of this investment property that originally needed work because it had water damage from a broken pipe while it was sitting. The previous contractor finished their “work”, got paid and left. Less than a year later there were multiple leaks. We came in and got to work fixing everything in the bathroom the right way! The floor was in danger of collapsing and the shower was held up with wedged 1x4 not attached to anything.

This is a project we just wrapped up.

Did you know you can cut out flooring in the middle of the room? We cut out 3 planks of the vinul plank flooring and replaced them after removing the wall

The first photo is before we removed the 4’ section of wall and deleted the extra cold air return that was in the room. The other two photos are after we installed the new LVL header. We built a temporary wall to support us tearing out the existing structural wall. Never assume it’s not structural just because it’s running parallel with the floor joists.

We removed and installed approximately 260 LF of baseboard throughout the house.

The customers were so nice and they made it very easy to work with them! It’s really nice when your customers know they can trust you and you can trust them. We can’t wait to do more work for them!
