When the interior shutter doesnt fit, just force it, apparently. 3rd party installer tried to force it into place and cracked 2 of the corners. We busted out the damaged mud and repaired the area. We also painted the repair for the customer. A new, correct size, shutter is already on order.

Are we reusing photos? Nope. Same customer, different bathroom. This one was a little different. Couldnt find a shower...

Are we reusing photos? Nope. Same customer, different bathroom. This one was a little different. Couldnt find a shower in budget that would fit the extra wide space. We framed in the back wall and moved the plumbing to accommodate the same shower as the other bathroom. Customer will be painting this weekend.

A little preesale inspection work. The window had been replaced, but the new one didnt come with the channel for the siding. Added j-channel around the window. There was also damage from a long repaired leak. We fixed the cracked drywall and repainted.
