Closing can proceed.
This deck, while impressive, was falling apart. Access was very tight, but we managed to get everything hauled away. Added a set of steps so the back door is usable until buyers decide what they want. Fresh coat of paint for front and back doors, and a couple other little fixes.

Nevermind the mess. Today's jobsite visitor. Rescued from work area and released to the woods behind the home.

Guess that's one way to eliminate clutter. Customer is a family member and has wanted to delete this garage for some time. We were able to keep some stuff out of the landfill by giving it away via FB marketplace. 2 trips, 3.15 tons. Couldn't haul the block out since their landfill doesn't accept it.

When work backs up like a week of eating MRE's, you may have to work on Sunday. This commercial property needed some shrubs and trees removed for access to the septic and to get the fence line under control. We couldn't pull the stump out without risking catastrophic damage to the inlet pipe to the tank. Headed back tomorrow to haul everything off, hopefully in one trip.
