One of my favorite transformations yet!

These home owners hadn’t done any exterior work to their house in almost 30 years. A previously painted house that they sandblasted after they purchased back in the 1990’s. Once sandblasted, the siding hadn’t been touched since.

After thoroughly removing the vines, washing and restoring the wood, some minor carpentry and a coat or two of paint and stain, it turned out beautiful!

This deck had been forgotten about and starting to deteriorate.

Rotten wood was replaced, deck was washed to remove aged greying and mildew, then a beautiful coat of a semi solid stain to even out the appearance.

Over time ceilings can go through a lot of wear and tear, whether it’s from grease, smoke, water damage or texture failure. This will leave your ceilings with yellow spots and water stain marks. These can be easily remedied and completely changes the aesthetic of a room.
