Our shop is located in Hugo, MN

POSITION: Crew member

Tuesday-Saturday shift AND Sunday-Thursday shift available

No part time positions. No nighttime positions and no driving-only positions. Full time positions only.

**CDL NOT REQUIRED**

START TIME: Immediately! We are super busy this season 💪🏼

JOB DUTIES: Cleaning parking lots for sealcoating. Routing, crack filling, sweeping, and sealcoating.

REQUIREMENTS: 18 years or older, must be able to get to our shop in Hugo, MN 5-10 minutes before designated start time each morning. Be able to lift 100lbs. Withstand long days outside in the heat. This is a physical job. You will spend anywhere from 8 plus hours a day in the sun.

Lots of overtime opportunities!

WINTERS OFF! We work until the weather gets too cold. We typically go until November but sometimes make it until mid/late November. This job is entirely dependent on the weather. If it’s going to rain all day you don’t work that day!

You can collect unemployment in the winter.
