GARLIC SCAPES FOR SALE! 🧄
$4 per dozen
Organic scapes pulled this week.

A garlic scape is the curly top of the garlic plant that would turn into seeds. The scape is removed to promote bigger bulb growth in the garlic. The scape is a delicious garlicky treat! Raw they have a strong garlic flavor with the texture of a green bean or asparagus. Cooked the taste as much milder but still garlicky!
