SOUP INGREDIENTS:�🍲 1/2 Medium Yellow Onion�🍲 3 large Carrots (diced) �🍲 5 Mushrooms (diced) �🍲 3 Celery Sticks (sliced) �🍲 5 Garlic Cloves (minced) �🍲 1 1/2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley (diced) �🍲 3 Bacon Slices (diced) �🍲 4 cups Low Sodium Chicken Stock�🍲 1/2 cup Heavy Cream �🍲 1/2 cup Water �🍲 2 Bay Leaves �🍲 1 teaspoon Marjoram �🍲 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Chili Pepper Flakes 🍲 1-2 cups Wild Rice (2 cups if you want more rice) �🍲 1 tablespoon Butter
�MEAT MARINADE:�🦃 2 Turkey Drumsticks or 1/2 lb Breast�🦃 2 teaspoons Salt �🦃 1/2 teaspoon Chicken Bouillon�🦃 1/2 teaspoon Cumin �🦃 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika �🦃 1 teaspoon Oregano�🦃 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
�DIRECTIONS: �- Place a pot over medium high heat with 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt. �- Once the water is boiling add in 1 cup of rice and stir a bit, let the water come back to a boil and allow it to cook on low heat for about 35 minutes or until water is fully evaporated (it could take longer) �- When the rice is done boiling, set it to the side. �- Place a large pot over medium high heat with your chopped bacon, allow it to cook for about 5 minutes or until the oil starts to seep out. �- Once it does add in the onions. And garlic and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until a bit darker in color. �- Then add in the mushrooms, celery, and carrots. Let that cook for 5 minutes or until veggies have softened just a bit. �- Afterwards add in the chicken broth, heavy cream, water, butter, bay leaves, oregano, marjoram, parsley, and crushed chili pepper flakes (if you want it spicier). Stir then allow it to come to a boil. �- While that is cooking add your turkey meat into a mixing bowl and add in all the ingredients listed in “meat marinade”, give it a mix then add into the broth. �- Once the turkey meat is in the broth, cover it and allow it to cook for about 40-45 minutes unbothered. �- When the meat is done, shred the meat off and serve by placing some rice down in a bowl first then topping with your soup

🫑 Philly Cheesesteak Pasta 🫑

INGREDIENTS:
🫑 4 cups Pasta of choice
🫑 2 Ribeye Steaks
🫑 1 Green Bell Pepper (sliced)
🫑 1 Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
🫑 1/2 Yellow Onion (sliced)
🫑 1-2 Roma Tomatoes
🫑 9 Mushrooms (sliced)
🫑 6 Garlic Cloves (minced)
🫑 4 tablespoons Butter
🫑 4 tablespoons Flour
🫑 1 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
🫑 1 1/2 cup Beef Broth
🫑 3 Slices Provolone
🫑 4 teaspoons Salt
🫑 1 1/2 teaspoon Balck Pepper
🫑 1 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
🫑 1 teaspoon Oregano
🫑 1 teaspoon Thyme
🫑 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
🫑 1 teaspoon Ground Mustard
🫑 Parsley (garnish)

DIRECTIONS:
- Place a pot over medium high heat with about 8 cups of water, some olive oil and a dash of salt.
- Once it all comes to a boil add in your noodles and cook until al dente (about 10 minutes), then drain and let it sit to the side.
- Afterwards beginning cutting up all your veggies then place them to the side.
- Then start slicing up your steak. After it’s sliced put it in a mixing bowl along with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, oregano, thyme, cumin, and a bit of olive oil.
- Give it a good mix then set it to the side.
- Place a pot over medium high heat and once it is heated go ahead and throw in the meat.
- Let that cook for about 4 minutes while moving it around.
- Transfer the meat into a bowl then add butter to that same pot and allow it to melt.
- once it does add in your veggies and saute until they have softened.
- Then add in your flour, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, and ground mustard; mix it well.
- Afterward start pouring in your heavy cream and beef broth while continuously whisking.
- Once it is smooth, add in your provolone cheese and mix until the cheese has fully melted.
- Then add back in your pasta and steak and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve with a garnish of parsley and crushed pepper flakes if you would like.

🐔 Mediterranean Inspired Chicken Bowls 🐔

TURMERIC RICE INGREDIENTS:
🍚 2 tablespoons Butter
🍚 1/4 Medium Yellow Onion (finely minced)
🍚 4 Garlic Cloves (finely minced)
🍚 1 teaspoon Turmeric
🍚 2 cups Basmati Rice
🍚 3 cups Chicken Broth
🍚 1/2 teaspoon Salt
🍚 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

CHICKEN MARINADE INGREDIENTS:
🍗 6 Chicken Thighs (deboned)
🍗 1 cup Greek Nonfat Yougurt
🍗 5 Garlic Cloves (finely minced)
🍗 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
🍗 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
🍗 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
🍗 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
🍗 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
🍗 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
🍗 2 1/2 teaspoon Salt
🍗 1 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Pepper
🍗 1/2 teaspoon Coriander
🍗 1 teaspoon Oregano
🍗 1 teaspoon Thyme

ADDITIONAL BOWL INGREDIENTS:
🍅 2-3 Tomatoes (diced)
🍅 Pickled Onions
🍅 1 can Chick Peas
🍅 Manzanilla or Kalmata Olives
🍅 1 cup Feta Cheese
🍅 1 Avocado
🍅 Tzatziki Sauce
🍅 Garlic Sauce

DIRECTIONS:
- In a large bowl add all your ingredients for your meat and give it a really good mix then set the side to marinate for about 30-40 mins. (Or as long as the time permits)
- While the chicken is marinating go ahead and place a pot over medium high heat with 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Once the butter is melted add in your diced onions and garlic (amount of garlic recommended from “turmeric rice ingredients”). Saute that with the turmeric for about 2 minutes.
- Afterwards add in your rice and saute for about 4 mins and really make sure that the rice is nice and coated.
- Then add in the chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Mix it a bit and let it come to a boil.
- Once it is boiling reduce the heat to low and allow to cook covered for 15 minutes.
- After is done let it sit for about 5 minutes covered and off the heat before using.
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Then prep all you will need for your bowls and set it to the side.
- Once the oven is ready add your chicken in a baking sheet then pop it into the oven to cook for 40 mins.
- When the chicken is done pull it out, chop it up, and build your bowls!
- I do recommend making your own tzatziki sauce and garlic sauce. If you need a recipe for those let me know it the comments and I will give you the ones I use

💍 Marry Me Chicken Recipe 💍

INGREDIENTS:
🍗 6 Chicken Thighs
🍗 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
🍗 6 Garlic Cloves (minced)
🍗 1 small jar of Sun Dried Tomatoes
🍗 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
🍗 3/4 cup Chicken Stock
🍗 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
🍗 2 tablespoons Butter
🍗 6 tablespoons of Flour
🍗 1 teaspoon Oregano
🍗 1/2 Lemon (garnish)
🍗 2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
🍗 3 tablespoons Basil
🍗 1 teaspoon Ground Mustard
🍗 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
🍗 2 1/2 teaspoons Salt
🍗 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS:
- Season your chicken on both sides with ground mustard, cumin, 1 teaspoon salt, &1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Then coat the chicken in 4 tablespoons of flour then set to the side.
- Place a skillet over medium high heat with olive oil.
- Once it is heated cook the chicken for 5 minutes on each side then transfer it onto a plate.
- Lower the heat to medium low and add in your butter.
- Once that melts add in your garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, paprika, and 2 tablespoons of flour and allow to cook for about 3 minutes.
- Then add in your cream and chicken stock while you continuously stir.
- Once the mixture becomes smooth add in the parmesan, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and stir until cheese has melted.
- When the sauce is done add the chicken back in and allow it to finish cooking for about 10 minutes.
- While it is cooking make sure to check it and stir around so it doesn’t get stuck on the pan. During this point you are gonna wanna put in your basil as well.
- Plate and squeeze as much lemon juice on it as you want.

🐖Crockpot Pork Shoulder Ragu 🐖

INGREDIENTS:
🐷 2 lbs Pork Shoulder
🐷 1/2 Yellow Onion (finely diced)
🐷 1 Large Carrot (finely diced)
🐷 6 Garlic Cloves (minced)
🐷 1 cup Pinot Noir
🐷 4 Roma Tomatoes (diced)
🐷 1 28oz can Tomato Puree
🐷 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
🐷 2 Bay Leaves
🐷 1 teaspoon Thyme
🐷 1 teaspoon Oregano
🐷 1/2 lb Italian Pork Sausage
🐷 2 lbs Thickest Noodles you can find/make
🐷 Grated Parmesan (garnish)
🐷 Fresh Parsley (garnish)
🐷 1/2 teaspoon Beef Bouillon
🐷 2 teaspoon Salt
🐷 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
🐷 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Pat your pork shoulder dry then season both sides with salt and pepper then rub it in with olive oil.
- Afterwards heat a medium skillet over medium high heat. Once it is heated add in the sausage and cook until it is almost cooked through (make sure to crush it up) then transfer it to a bowl.
- Then add in the pork shoulder in the same skillet and sear it for 4 minutes on each side then set it to the side.
- In the crockpot add in your wine, tomato puree, tomato paste, carrots, garlic, onions, thyme, oregano, beef bouillon, and bay leaves.
- Then add in the sausage and pork shoulder.
- Cover it and allow it to cook for about 6-7 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high.
- While the meat is cooking I would go ahead and boil your noodles so they can be ready when the meat is done.
- Once the meat is done make sure you shred it up and mix it well.
- Then plate it with noodles on the bottom, meat on top then garnish with some grated parm and parsley if you would like.

Creamy Mushroom Pork Shoulder 🤤🍄‍🟫

INGREDIENTS:
🍄‍🟫 2 lb Pork Shoulder
🍄‍🟫 6-8 Medium Mushrooms (sliced)
🍄‍🟫 1/2 White Onion (diced)
🍄‍🟫 5 Garlic Cloves (finely minced)
🍄‍🟫 2 cups Beef Broth
🍄‍🟫 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
🍄‍🟫 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
🍄‍🟫 1 Shalllot & Herb Boursin Cheese Pod
🍄‍🟫 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
🍄‍🟫 2 Bay Leaves
🍄‍🟫 3 teaspoons Salt
🍄‍🟫 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
🍄‍🟫 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
🍄‍🟫 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
🍄‍🟫 Parsley (for garnish)
DIRECTIONS:
- Pour beef broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms, onions, bay leaves, mustard, and cumin in your crockpot.
-Pat your pork shoulder dry and then season all sides with 2 teaspoons salt and pepper.
- Then heat a skillet over medium high heat with olive oil.
- Once the skillet heats up add in your pork and allow it to sear on all sides for about 5 minutes.
- When the meat is done being seared add the pork shoulder to the crockpot with the remaining salt if it needs it and the Boursin cheese.
- Cover then allow to cook for 5-6 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low.
