25- L brush motor replacement, grinding metal due to foreign object. New brushes and roller, full cleaning.

In a time of throw away and replace, $130 with labor and parts, vs $450 replacement cost.

A little bathroom refresher for 1/4 the cost of replacement!

Disassembled shower, stripped old caulk from surround and doors, sanded off flaking paint and hard water deposits, removed water damaged moldings and drywall.

Re-caulked surround and doors, touched up missing paint, reassembled shower, repaired drywall, replaced molding, caulked around sink, and blade scraped all glass surfaces.

Toilet leaks can create major issues and lead to thousands of dollars of repairs. Luckily this customer called before the floor joists rotted as well.
Side note: Ceramic tile should never be installed on top of vinyl sheet flooring 🤦🏼‍♂️
