Just finished a master bath remodel for a great couple. We moved the old deck mounted tub and created a spacious double shower. We added a stand-alone tub where a smaller shower was located. Finally, we added a super large vanity with a storage tower. New mirrors, lights and even a bidet completed the project. Now on to the hall bathroom for its makeover.

It’s been a minute since my late update on our whole house remodel. We have added a coat of primer before painting the exterior pool area. We need to have that area painted before we begin tiling the pool deck. To get to this point we added lots of insulation and new sheetrock everywhere. New French patio doors and windows have been installed and the painters have covered the glass in a greasy substance that keeps paint off the panes but cleans easily. This weekend we sanded all the new sheetrock inside to prepare for running trim and interior painting. Lots of hard work by the electricians, plumbers, heating & air subs as well as excellent work by the carpenters have got us to this point. More to come.

We recently had the honor of helping a client who first chose another company for their project. Our first proposal to this client was beaten by an individual who promised the work at a very low price but with little detail. After several weeks we were called to take over the project and correct the mess left by the first individual. Our client’s review of our work is one that we just have to share.

We are pouring concrete today to replace way too much thinset base that was under the old pool tile. Instead of about a half inch of thinset base, it was about four inches deep in places. The new concrete will provide a more stable and smoother base in which to lay our new pool tile. You can see the old thinset base being removed in the last two photos.

We just passed final inspection on our latest project, remodel of an office building and a warehouse. This one was a little different than our normal master bathroom or kitchen remodel. The warehouse was unused for years. The office building was also a wreck. We brought the warehouse up to code, completely gutting and remodeling two bathrooms and a break room with new fixtures and flooring and along with new LED lights, new HVAC unit, and safety lights. The office building was also brought up to code with new wiring and new sheetrock, new carpet, new doors and hardware, new windows and a new bathroom. Glad to be finished with this one. I hope you like our work.

Started a little different project for us - a warehouse renovation for a friend. There are two buildings. One is an office building and the connecting building is a large warehouse. There is much to do in these neglected structures. Getting the electrical sorted out is paramount as well as patching the leaking roof in the warehouse. More to come.
