Wet yard for YEARS? I find the problem others can’t
This property had water coming from underground for 2–3 years.
The city came out twice, dug the area, and still couldn’t find the issue. They said it was a “natural underground source.”
It wasn’t.
While installing drainage, I found the real problem — a cracked water meter leaking underground for years.
Problem diagnosed correctly
City came back and fixed it
Drainage system installed
New sod installed.
