Custom Exterior Door Installation
This rear entrance had not been used for many years. The old door was simply screwed shut and had no proper weather seal or protection from insects.
Because the existing opening was a non-standard height, a regular exterior door would not fit. To keep the project affordable without rebuilding the entire opening, we customized a new steel exterior door and door frame to fit the existing structure.
Now the homeowner has a properly functioning rear entrance that opens and closes as it should, with a clean, finished look.
Custom problems require custom solutions.

We replaced the old front steps with a new pressure-treated wood deck, complete with new stairs, railings, a concrete landing, and wood lattice underneath.

The old staircase had extensive wood rot and was no longer safe to use, so we completed a full demolition, poured a new concrete landing, built a new pressure-treated wood staircase, installed a new handrail, and created a safe, durable entrance.

We transformed this backyard by removing the existing layer of grass and soil, leveling the area, installing concrete block raised garden beds, and filling them with quality garden soil. The result is a clean, beautiful space that's ready for planting.

The homeowner wanted to give this concrete patio a fresh, updated look, so we moved all the patio furniture, thoroughly cleaned and pressure washed the concrete surface, sealed all the cracks, applied premium concrete paint, and returned everything to its original place.

These overgrown brush and invasive weeds had been spreading from the neighboring property for years, making it difficult for the homeowner to keep her side clean.
After receiving permission from the neighboring property owner, we cleared the overgrown vegetation along the property line and applied herbicide to help eliminate the invasive weeds at the root and reduce future regrowth.
Now the fence line is clean, open, and much easier to maintain.

A simple solution to help protect the soil from erosion!
Water runoff was washing away the soil along the bottom of the wall. We installed large stone in the affected area to help slow down the water flow, protect the soil, and prevent further erosion.

Another landscaping project completed! We built custom natural stone borders around the flower beds, creating a clean and finished look that complements the home and landscape. A simple upgrade that adds character and makes the outdoor space stand out.
